Delete a Taskward account

What you may request to delete

• Your Taskward account
• Personal information associated with the account
• Stored task and productivity information
• Uploaded checklist images, if retained
• Social or leaderboard profile information

How to request deletion

1. In the app: Use the account deletion option when the feature is available.
2. By email: Email support@bwkholdings.com with the subject “Taskward Account Deletion Request.” Include your account email, username if applicable, and a brief statement requesting deletion.

Verification and timing

We may require reasonable identity verification to protect the account. Requests will generally be completed within 30 days unless information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or dispute resolution. We will explain any applicable retention where required.
