ShiftFit Privacy Policy
How ShiftFit may handle account, wellness, activity, and health information.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how BWK Holdings Limited handles information in ShiftFit. Exact collection depends on the permissions users grant and final production features.
2. Information users provide
Users may provide profile details, goals, wellness check-ins, optional notes, feedback, and support communications.
3. Account information
If accounts are offered, we may process an email address, username, authentication identifiers, preferences, and related records.
4. Shift and activity information
ShiftFit may process shift times, step count, active minutes, workouts, hydration, breaks, goals, history, achievements, and related activity information.
5. Wellness check-ins
Users may optionally record sleep, stress, soreness, energy, recovery, and other wellness check-ins. These check-ins are not medical diagnoses.
6. Optional notes
Users may add notes. Do not use notes to submit emergency information, passwords, payment information, or complete medical records.
7. Health and fitness information
With user permission, ShiftFit may process step count, active minutes, workouts, and related fitness information to provide requested tracking and wellness features.
8. Apple Health and HealthKit information
Apple Health or HealthKit information is accessed only after user permission and will not be used for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or sale. HealthKit data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide a user-requested health or fitness feature, comply with law, or protect safety, and only where permitted by Apple’s rules. Users may revoke Apple Health permissions through iPhone Settings.
9. Device and technical information
We may process device type, operating-system and app versions, language, settings, diagnostics, and technical identifiers needed for secure operation.
10. Notifications
With permission, ShiftFit may send hydration, break, shift, recovery, or account reminders. Users can control notifications in app or device settings.
11. Analytics
Analytics may be used only if implemented and disclosed. Privacy disclosures will be updated if analytics, AI, authentication, advertising, or cloud providers are added.
12. How information is used
Information may be used to provide features, display progress, personalize goals, maintain accounts, respond to support, secure the service, troubleshoot, comply with law, and improve ShiftFit.
13. How information is shared
Health and wellness information and other personal information are not sold. Information may be shared at a user’s direction, with service providers, when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a safeguarded business transaction.
14. Service providers
Providers may support hosting, authentication, communications, or diagnostics. Final production disclosures will identify relevant categories and uses.
15. Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and transaction records.
16. Account deletion
Users may request deletion in the app or through the ShiftFit deletion webpage. Apple Health may independently retain data controlled by the user.
17. Sensitive information
Health and wellness information may be sensitive. We limit processing to appropriate purposes and ask users not to submit emergency information or complete medical records.
18. Children’s privacy
ShiftFit is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
19. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
20. International users
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where providers operate, using safeguards required by applicable law.
21. User rights
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain personal information. Contact support@bwkholdings.com.
22. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as ShiftFit evolves. We will revise the dates and provide notice where required.
