How to request deletion

1. In the app: Use the account deletion option when available.
2. By email: Email support@bwkholdings.com with the subject “ShiftFit Account Deletion Request.” Include the account email, username if applicable, and a clear request to delete the account.

Apple Health information

Deleting a ShiftFit account may not delete information stored independently in Apple Health. You may need to manage Apple Health information separately through your Apple device.

Verification and timing

Identity verification may be required. Requests will generally be completed within 30 days, subject to lawful retention requirements such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, and dispute resolution.
